Isabella knows she is an amazing artist and wants to take part in the art show contest at school. But Mariah tells her she can't enter the contest. Isabella does not know what to do because Mariah is the class bully who is always doing mean things to others. Then one evening, while watching the news, Isabella gets an idea about how she and her friends can possibly stop Mariah from bullying them. If it works, then she can take part in the talent contest and maybe, even win it.
